An extreme weight loss method a lot are aware of is bariatric surgery.  This type of surgery is normally reserved for obese people, whose weight is a great concern to their health.  Surgery can be a great way for very people who need a last resort to produce weight loss fast and improve their health, but should be viewed as only the last resort when everything else fails.
